alright when i go and launch my virus scanner it gives me this message when i hit the full system scan ENGINE INITIALIZATION FAILED i hit ok and the next message i get is ***Unhandled Exception! ExpCode: 0xC0000005 ExpFlags:0 ExpAddress: 0x00411E2C Please report! i dont know what this means and i really would like to use your product can someone point me in the right direction with an explination (R)

Sorry no one has answered you before now. I am not sure what your problem could be but it sounds like one of the file may be corrupted. Have you tried reinstalling CAVS? If so does it act the same each time?
