As we checked in our environment it’s working in both the sites but in the https://valkyrie.comodo.com/ sometimes it works,sometimes it takes time for analysis.For example - a 14MB file takes to analysed for 6 mins.But from your side as you says it does not works May be the delay is due to the location issue.
So could you please confirm your location? Let me discuss with our developing team members.
