No…The issue for CIS is manual file submission, the cloud lookup this different, it’s just a hash checking of files, and it works great with CIS. (Cloud lookup = SHA-1 query with File Intelligence).
This issue only concern CIMA. Waiting for Igor

CAMAS is not working for me. I just get the file details screen, but it never displays any results.

thanks for pointing this out, I am experiencing a similar issue. It shows all files details but rarely show the final result (ie report after analysis).
I’m gonna notify Bogdan.
