Do you have a root cause explaining why our site ing.es was wrongly flagged as phishing? How can we make sure that this error doesn’t happen again?

Please keep in mind that having our site wrongly detected as malicious may lead to a huge reputational impact.

Please disable the block as soon as possible.

Our Service is a digital document distribuiton via Portal, E-Mail and other digital delivery channels

Also you can help us, what are the reasons for marking this as pishing? Only because google safe browsing was reporting that or is there something on the page we can do to avoid to mark it as Pishing? It clearly points out “The electronic delivery service from Swiss Post Solutions.”

This is a major block of our business, please come back to us as soon as possible.

Hi,

Our domain, ‘https://www.liversupportplus.com’, has had a false positive with ‘Malwarebytes’ and now (perhaps coincidently) our Valkyrie ‘Reputation Check’ states ‘Known compromised or Hostile Domains’ which is damaging.

Our site category should be merchant/retail/consumer goods - we sell dietary supplements.

Please review and remove the malicious flag.

My authentication service has received a false positive from Valkyrie Verdict

My service is used by several people as seen by the statistics on the front page of the website.

We don’t allow people to use KeyAuth for illegitimate purposes, and terminate them when we’re made aware of it.

Still, the files contacting the domain remain visible on the anti-viruses. And apparently that has affected the Reputation Check of the website.

We’re open source GitHub - KeyAuth/KeyAuth-Source-Code: KeyAuth is an open source authentication system with cloud-hosted solutions available as well. we remain transparent and work our best to provide service to solely legitimate users.

We wish to have your Valkyrie Verdict reconsidered as we believe it to be a false positive.
