I have a problem with myway.com. My.myway is portal and my homepage. I believe since I started using Comodo dns secure that my homepage will not load up certain parts of the page. I believe it has something to do with ads or links that Comodo does not feel are safe. I have be using myway for years and have never had any malware problems.
I do ask and hope that the Comodo techs will look into this and clear myway so that it will be taken off any black list.
KOR-
This is a website I have used for years, it shows the price history of old record LPs (33-1/3rpm, 45rpm singles, etc.). Comodo recently warned me that it was dangerous and I accidentally hit the “Block” button. Now I can’t figure out how to undo the “Block”.
I checked it at the “URLVOID” and it’s CLEAN:

Comodo DNS is blocking this site again. There are no warnings from Comodo DNS, the site just fails to load. I’ve switched to Open DNS and the site loads fine.
My name is Brian Rose, I am a Business Analyst at ShopAtHome.com, and I would like to take a moment to address these concerns. We work with over 40 Antivirus companies to insure that our software is free of any malicious content but due to the constantly changing nature of threats on the web and the nature of heuristic detection we experience false positives which are almost always resolved once the company has had an opportunity to analyze what our software and site is all about.
ShopAtHome.com is the leader in the United States for providing coupons and Cash Back rebates to its members for thousands of leading on-line retailers like Wal-Mart, Lands End, and Best Buy. We have over one hundred thousand printable restaurant coupons and grocery coupons on our site which are accessed by more than ten million unique monthly site visitors (http://siteanalytics.compete.com/shopathome.com/). Out of our millions of site users, nearly 11,000 a day choose to download our coupon toolbar for their convenience when shopping on the web (like the previous customer), while others do not. It is always the consumer’s choice.
Many of the detections that are mentioned are ones that we are actively working with the companies to resolve or have already been resolved such as the one mentioned from AVG.
For instance, we have had a whitelist application in to Comodo for over a month now and have yet to hear back regarding the status of our application. We understand that a careful analysis takes time to perform but it is unfortunate that in the meantime our application, which is perfectly safe, suffers from the negative connotations that false positive detections promote.
I’m confident once Comodo has a chance to inspect our software they will realize it is a perfectly safe application that is opt-in and comes with an uninstaller for those people who decide that the toolbar isn’t for them but for the time being I think it’s important for the community to realize that false positives do occur and sometimes require lengthy analysis before they are cleared.
Please let me know if you have any questions, thanks for your consideration!
You submitted one of your applications to Comodo. To what instance did you submit it? What was the reason for submitting it? Was it because the AV gave a false positive warning? Or did you want to get the application white listed? Or did you want to sign up as Trusted Software Vendor?
