Replacement procedure duration


2 years ago , I bought a code signing COMODO certificate.
I followed all the validation process and I got a certificate that worked well.
When it expired I have bought a new one referring to my old command.
But I found that the email address indicated in this new certificate does not match the address in my old certificate.
So I launched a replacement procedure from my account management page.
How long will I have to wait to get my new certificate?
I posted a ticket (#LGK-967-75879) two days ago but I have not yet received an answer.
