I just ran an Autostarts scan and it showed a “File not found” for one of the CIS files (I changed it a while back and I don’t really remember the file - may have been Cmdagent.exe). The problem was that the file path was enclosed in quotes and that seemed to mess up the entry.
Just remembered a note - the key was HKLM\System\Control Set 004\Services\Cmdagent. The Autostarts scan listed it as HKLM\System\Current Control Set\Services\Cmdagent, but it was under the Control Set currently in use.
