i am trying to download the registry cleaner beta on a 64 bit windows i am haveing trouble (help)

from where you can download the latest version of Comodo System Cleaner. You have the possibility to download the Setup, which will install Comodo System Cleaner on your computer, or the portable versions for 32 and 64 Bit Operating Systems. If you choose to download the portable version, then you have to extract all the files from the archive and, after that, launch the CSC.exe file.
