when i start my win xp the ccv was red and real time protection is off.
i couldnt turn it on and had to reinstal ccv.

If you can ,please check the folder :C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\COMODO\CCAV\dumps ,if you can found a dump file ,please attach the dump file
If you can’t ,please pay attention to this issue ,if you’re in this situation next time ,you can try to find the dump file
