Real-time alerts are not displayed

Hello.
When a malicious file is detected, Real-time alerts are not displayed, only sound is played
HIPS alert is not a problem.

Note: The video that was sent is from 2 years ago, which I sent in https://support.comodo.com do, but since then, this problem still exists. And when this problem occurs it lasts for hours and sometimes for several days.

After Version 2009 of Windows 10, this bug was found and it was not before that, even if the theme is changed, it will not be fixed.
