In HIPS/Rulesets/Protection settings, I notice that the default states of all Protection setting ‘State’ are set to inactive. I am curious why these settings are not used?
Is it because the security depends on the “Access Rights” of given groups? If so, what is the proper application of the ‘Protection Settings’?
Edit: Nevermind, I see they are applied only to Comodo files in the ‘HIPS rules’ section.

I cant picture my grandma playing with those settings and Im glad its not default because Ill have to be at her house everyday >:-D
