I just tested with SPYCAR Windows defender stepped in first before BOClean so I told windows defender to ignore it then BOClean stepped in told me severe & I must reboot then said BOClean as encountered a problem & needs to close looks like BOClean was attacked.
Sounds like either an install issue or a conflict.
Please submit a ticket to support if you continue to have problems.
