Inspect.sys random BSOD on Win10

The crash occurred randomly while the computer is idle. To my knowledge no special software was running at the time than usual.

Self-explanatory in the case of a BSOD. The issue appeared after the 10.0.2.6420 update. Previously the machine had run nonstop from May until now with no crashes.
If a software compatibility problem have you tried the advice to make programs work with CIS?:
Not so far.
Any software except CIS/OS involved? If so - name, & exact version:
Does not seem to be the case.

Firewall = custom ruleset
HIPS = safe mode

I have attached the msinfo32 info. As for the configuration file, I am regretfully going to have to skip that due to the fact that the rules contain information I consider sensitive - information which would take diligence and time to remove and that I cannot strip from the config without rendering it highly inaccurate.
