If Comodo Cloud antivirus cannot protect you from a malware, then you can’t expect CCE to clean it.
If Comodo Cloud antivirus can protect you from a malware, then there is no need for CCE.
2) Why in COMODO Cloud Anti-Virus there are no detailed reports like in the cis? And reports on the results of the Valkyries?
Good question and I think it may be available in future versions.
3) Why in COMODO Cloud Anti-Virus there is no self-defense?
When an application is run in containment it can not access other running processes in memory or terminate those other processes including CCAV. So CCAV does have self-protection with contained applications. If an application is running outside the sandbox then it means it is trusted and trusted applications can do what they want without interference from CCAV.
4) Why in COMODO Cloud Anti-Virus the user can not add files to the quarantine?
CCAV is not your typical anti-virus and is supposed to be light-weight thus does not have a lot of features. You can create a wish to add files to the quarantine using the required wish format.
5) Why in COMODO Cloud Anti-Virus can not be added trusted user certificates?
If you mean added custom trusted certificates then you can. See the online help for more info.
As in the case of a disconnected network, all files (new ones that appeared on the computer after disconnecting the network) into the sand ??
Because CCAV needs to lookup the file against the online database to determine file rating. If it is not available then it defaults the file to unrecognized unless file is signed by a trusted vendor. Therefore based on how you have CCAV configured, unrecognized files will be put in the sandbox/containment.
