I have Data Execution Prevention turned on all the way. Will that conflict with Comodo Internet Security 4 buffer overflow protection or will they work together? Just wondering and I’m on 64-Bit Windows 7.

I have both on with no problems. Windows 7 64 bit. This is CIS V3 but I imagine V4 is the same.
