Proxy configuration doesn't seem to be working properly

My workstation is on a local network. To access the internet, the administrator has configured a proxy server (e.g. 10.0.0.X, port XXXX, username, password). My operating system is Windows 11 and has the proxy server configured. When I want to browse the Internet, Chrome detects the proxy connection and asks for the username and password.

I am using the latest version of CIS Premium. Unfortunately, the application does not want to update and displays errors very fast. I have configured the proxy connection information in the General Settings > Updates > Proxy and Host Settings section, both for “Use proxy” and “Use authentication” but it does not work. I have also added the http and https proxy addresses for the proxy server to the list but this changed nothing.

My opinion is that this feature in CIS does not work. Without the update process it continues to display the FIX banner, it wants to scan (but it ends very fast with errors). In fact CIS did not complete the installation process. Downloading and copying the latest virus database doesn’t let me skip the first time scan issue. An exclamation mark is displayed over the icon in the notification area (taskbar).

I managed to solve this issue.

Comodo is working properly if the Host, Port, Login and Password values are set correctly.

The issue was generated by the only active Servers in the list https://download.comodo.com. I disabled it then I add a new one http://cdn.download.comodo.com.
