Hello. I use Comodo Dragon browser, not Could Anti Virus (didn’t even know it existed until this issue occurred.) I am trying to install a program, Stellarium on my Windows 6 64bit HP laptop. The program appears to install fine, but the installer program crashes right after install (Have to use task manager to kill it). If I choose “run program now” after install it will run once. Using task manager I could tell it was running from this location: C:\CCAV\b\Device\HarddiskVolume2\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp\is-HRP7P.tmp
After bugging everyone on the Stellarium forum someone suggested it might be an antivirus issue. So my question is, how do I get your anti virus program (that I didn’t knowingly install) to stop preventing me from installing a safe program?
