since the new Version 10 i cant click buttons on popup message (allow/block) or even in the CIS itsself - it very often gets into background then you must minimize and maximize it to get it into foreground again.
I waited and hoped with the last update of CIS it will be fixed - in vain. So I found out if you uninstall NVIDIA then it works properly. BUT I don’t think its an issue with NVIDIA cause it works BEFORE the new V10 of CIS and old and new drivers of NVIDIA make no difference.
