I have just converted from a Trail to a Paid.
Everything seems to be working except one major issue.
When I enter into secure mode., I lose my style sheet and my page is present in a raw format - yet useable
the only change that has been made is changing certs
why is this happening and what can I do?

If you could, please let us know the domain name and the order # for this. So that we can have a check with your site whether you have installed the SSL certificates correctly or not!.
I believe that you would have changed the http:// or https:// references on your pages that may causes this issue!.
