Problem with update

Hello

When Comodo Firewall wanded to update, AVG ( version 8.0.237 ) found that the file eu1.download.comodo.com/cis/download/updates/release/x32/scanners/heur.cav is infected by Win32/PEPatch.

Can someone tell me what’s this problem ?

Solution :

  • disable AVG Web protection
  • manuel update.

I think several people have emailed AVG and told them about this false positive, but AVG said it was correct etc etc, auto spam mail. they wont even listen (:AGY)

AVG has responded to several members that it is a FP and the signature database will be updated to reflect this next update.
