Sorry, badly explained. The idea is that such CLT.exe sends a connection request icmp, and Comodo firewall sees this as a call from an unknown source “System”. In my opinion this is a bug
When Comodo flags outgoing traffic as coming from system it means it cannot see what process is generating that traffic. It means that another driver is somehow interfering. Finding that driver can be a pain and a chore.
