I am having a problem with CIS v5 to submit unrecognized file (submission error).Is there other way to submit it? (installed from CD)

Are you refering to the "subit file" button in the AV section of CIS. If so, I have that same problem for a few of the files.
Is there other way to submit it?

No, it’s not the AV submission, but the unrecognized files submission.

I also have had this error for some files. I wish the application gave more data on what the error was…

Anyway, for the applications that have submission errors, I post them in this thread.
