Problem importing Certificate in Mac OS X Keychain

I’ve downloaded the certificate from Comodo. When I import the CollectCCC.p7s file into Keychain, only the public ‘profile’ is imported. The certificate does not appear in “My Certificates”.

I’ve done the same procedure for another email address on another computer, and it worked fine.

Both computers work with OSX 10.9.5. Any thoughts how to solve this problem?

Might be best to ask support to revoke the email certificate you’re having problems with, so that you can start the application process again.

Remember to let them know the exact email address to revoke.
