Hi dear supporter,
When I change the configuration to Proactive, main GUI and settings not open.
Like a Freeze apps.
But alerts show.

Database 27883
Win 10 Pro v1703 full update

Check if memory dump are found in C:\ProgramData\Comodo\CisDumps folder. You could check if issue appears with 10.0.2.6350 beta. Make sure no other 3rd-party security software is installed.
