Primary Site stuck in status: Awaiting Validation

Hello

I registered for an EPKI Manager Account which is “provisioned and ready for your use”.
So i went and registered the primary domain as it was described in this document:

That was 8 days ago. Since then the Status is “Awaiting Validation”.

Is there anything I am supposed to do so Validation can be done?
