Possible false alarm Application.Win32.HackTool.Agent.~C(ID = 0xc94bb)

I think this may be a false positive, but then again, it may not.

Here is the siuation, I have just freshly installed Windows Vusta Ultimate (32 bit) on a completely new build system, which I guess helps a lot in my assumption that is is a false positive.

Besides installing every non-optional windows update via the built in Windows Update tool, Motherboard and Graphics card drivers installed before visiting commodo and got CIS Free the latest version, there has been no activity on the machine as it is such a new and fresh build/install.

Comodo Internet Security was then installed, with the virus check it does reporting this:

Application.Win32.HackTool.Agent.~C(ID = 0xc94bb) C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Temp\pftD5E6.tmp\Utility\JM645289.exe Application.Win32.HackTool.Agent.~C(ID = 0xc94bb) C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Temp\pftD5E6.tmp\Utility\JMAP5289.exe

The folder is a temp forlder for a ULi Chipset driver, and I beleive they are the official driver files from the official site.

The VirusTotal reports are here.

I can submit them via the Comodo CIS submit suspicous files if you would like.
Just a little confused as to what threat they posed t be marked Application.Win32.HackTool.Agent.~C(ID = 0xc94bb).

Many Thanks.
John
