Possible error regarding - File Rating Settings

Hello Friends,

I think that I have a bug in Comodo Internet Security Pro 2025, version 12.3.4.8162. I have a fresh CIS Pro 2025 Installation and when I go to ‘Advanced Settings’ > ‘File Rating Settings’ and disable ‘Rate applications by their vendor rating’, then close the Comodo Dashboard, right-click on the Comodo ‘C’ icon next to the Windows clock and open the Dashboard, nothing works anymore.

It takes a very long time for an error message to appear.

The error message is:
COMODO Security Agent could not be started.
Would you like to run the diagnostics tool to fix this error?

I clicked ‘Yes’, but nothing happened for a very long time.

Then Windows UAC asked for admin rights. I clicked ‘Yes’ again.

and waited a very long time again.

It takes a very long time for an error message to appear.

The error message is:
COMODO Security Agent could not be started.
Would you like to run the diagnostics tool to fix this error?

after sometime the error windows shows up:
Diagnostics have found some errors and could not fix them automatically.

There was a button to create a report.

I then contacted Comodo GeekBuddy, who advised me to clean the PC using the CIS Cleanup Tool (CISCleanupTool_x64_3.1.0.45.exe).

Having done so successfully, I reinstalled CIS 2025.

However, the behaviour remains the same, even after reinstallation.

I could send you a video recording of the problem if needed.

Can you solve the problem?
