PositiveSSL Wildcard TSL 1.2 not working on Safari

I have this website: https://www.cmmverify.com/ using the following PositiveSSL Wildcard 256:

The USERTrust Network

  • COMODO RSA Certification Authority
    • COMODO RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA
      • *.cmmverify.com

Security overview

The connection to this site is encrypted and authenticated using a strong protocol (TLS 1.2), a strong key exchange (ECDHE_RSA with X25519), and a strong cipher (AES_256_GCM).

When I try to open the website on the Safari Browser on a Mac, it will never load. If I do HTTP then it loads fine. It loads fine as HTTPS on my Windows Browsers (Chrome, Explorer, etc.) and on my Android Browser (Samsung Browser, Chrome), but not on Safari, including my iPhone Safari. It doesn’t give an error, it just never loads.

I found this page

that says this is blocked:

*.sslip.io | COMODO RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA | RSA | 4096 bits | SHA-256 | etc.

Is this why it is not working? If not, any ideas of how to get it to work on Safari?

I also have a customer that uses a Windows Phone that claims they are unable to load the page. I don’t have a Windows Phone to verify this.
