I use the comodo version 2.4.18.184 , being with W2000.
I always get popups when for example I try to access internet from thunderbird .
Despite I tick the small cross , I have to allow tbird to access firefox …
Tiring.

iirc, the not remembering issue is a known issue with CFP2.
unfortunately CFP 2.4 development has been stopped :-
it’s recommended for you to upgrade your OS & switch to CIS 3.8
or if you want to keep using windows 2000,then perhaps you should consider using alternative firewall.
