Plesk - add custom rule to comodo ruleset

Hi

I would like to know how (if possible) to add a custom rule to the comodo ruleset. My webserver is running on Plesk and we recently installed ModSecurity.
Is it possible to add a rule without replacing the entire ruleset?

Any help is appreciated
