Please stop storing the CIS rules in Windows Registry [M1957]

1. What actually happened or you saw:
CIS HIPS and Firewall rules are stored in the Windows Registry.

2. What you wanted to happen or see:
I wanted it to be stored somewhere else (Comodo own configuration files maybe?) because when one of CIS components crashes, it instantly forget rules, crippling the integrity of CIS installation.

3. Why you think it is desirable:
Because its annoying when CIS forget its own rules and users have to reinstall it from scratch or do a system restore, just because of that. CIS should never forget its own rules, since the rules are a vital part of CIS protection. Also storing the rules in another place instead of the Registry would probably be a more secure approach, since Malware often target the Windows Registry. Also some Registry cleaning softwares can literally destroy the CIS installation because of that.

4. Any other information:
This has been asked many times in the past.
