Please help about my localhost server with comodo firewall

I have a PHP+APACHE+Mysql’s localhost sever for testing
I want to know how can I setup my comodo fiewall for testing about paypal’s sandbox.

I find many log from comodo that was block papal’s feeback from sandbox…

Please tell me what should I do?
(This server for testing in localhost and 127.0.0.1 and I don’t want anyone to connect my server.)

Testing paypal’s sandbox? What exactly do you mean with that? What are you testing?

that is a website from paypal for all developers to testing about paypal’s function.
that is same from paypal but the only difference is that is testing only. you can’t do it for normal paypal.
