As far as I know it is not a virus. It is a small encryption utility. Maybe there is a virus with a similar name??

Hi,
This was false-positive, which was fixed yesterday. It should no longer be getting detected by V1774.
We have downloaded pcrypt.exe from link suggested by you, i.e.:
http://www.picofactory.com/download/zip/free/software/pcrypt.exe
