Just like kind of with the problem that I was having with Dragon Naturally Speaking 10.1 I am having a similar problem with PC Tools Spyware Doctor. Up until two weeks or so everything was running properly, then all of a sudden it wants to keep restarting my system (Windows Vista Premium SP2) over and over and over. I had started to believe that CIS 3.9 is maybe a culprit as to why it is doing it, but like my suggested repair for my Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10.1, I’m not sure which files to add to “My Protected Files” and figured someone here might know how to alleviate this situation.
