When I erase the sandbox, my computer crashes and I have a blue screen.
Sounds like just one more issue with build 12.1.0.6914.
Try uninstalling (possibly using the Uninstaller Tool should it not uninstall correctly) and installing 6882.
Last time I tried using the 6882 online installer it installed the latest version, so you can use the offline installer here instead.
Important: Check the above file with the file hash provided in the official thread for 6882.
Make sure you have kernel memory dump set and if it is already get the memory.dmp file in the Windows folder and provide a download link.

The problem has been resolved by uninstalling the program and installing version 12.0.0.6882.
I will do some tests.
