Hello. Someone I lnow has forgotten his password for CIS. I went to his house but you cannot uninstall or repair wlo the password-- I thought maybe in safe mode before drivers loaded–wrong answer-- does anyone know a solution?

If he has Windows 7 you have to do both 1 & 2 if XP maybe only 1
