Password protection

I created a full backup to online storage and I now want to use that to create a dif or inc backup but when I try it tells me that it is password protected. The only password in use is the one to log onto online storage and that is not accepted
Any help

Did you use .cbu backup or simple copy?

Definitely Simple copy

To restore a simple copy backup, go to Online Storage TAB and press download “<” or mount the storage as drive and you can then copy-paste what to download.
