i have Comodo free ver 3 pro, xp sp3
comodo bho, avast anti virus, threatfire
no changes were made except pando update
i recently updated my Pando program
i posted in pando forums first to narrow down my problems
here is the response:
To work, Pando requires no incoming ports open, and only requires outgoing ports 80, 443 and 563
These ports are almost always open in firewalls in order to allow users to browse the web, though the user might have to add Pando to an “allowed application” list.
For optimal performance (i.e. much faster transfers), users should have open:
- outgoing TCP port 56065 (usually open by default) to talk to our data servers.
- outgoing TCP ports 56065 through 56165 (usually open by default) to p2p data transfer.
- incoming TCP port with the number in Pando’s Transfer Preferences, Advanced Connection Settings.
Please read your firewall user manual for more information on how to configure port settings. Simply turning off your firewall may not clear up the problem. We have seen some firewall software still block access even when they are turned “off”.
the pando program shows being offline, a port test, includes in pando , have the following results
