Hi there. Every time I log on to my computer I get a massive amount of intrusion attemps from C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe
The source port is coming from 67 and destination is 68. The destination IP is mine.
I run scans with Avast! Home Edition, Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware, and Spybot S&D.
Nothing found.
Is this a hacker attempt? Is there any way to stop this?
I think it’s from your ISP.
Do you use a Dynamic IP address?
When your IP has been expired, it happens.(the period depands on your ISP setting)
(If it’s repeated for a long time, CIS trys to make a new private network.So do not allow to make a new
private network)
Delete ‘C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe’ in Network Security Policy.
or change it to outgoing only.
I tried both but it’s still saying it’s blocked.
EDIT: Nevermind that. Looks good so far…
