Outgoing emails not being delivered

Everyone in the office was freaking out about emails not being delivered so I troubleshot some things and found out everything was being successfully sent to CASG outgoing servers, but from there it’s a blackhole. We’re receiving emails just fine, but nothing can be sent.

Apparently all of the outgoing IPs for CASG have been blacklisted (that was the reason I was given) since about 2/20/17

Anyone else having this issue?

Had the same problem but seems OK now but turned off smart host on all clients as soon as I found out.

Yeah, I went ahead and just removed the smarthost relay until it’s fixed. I’m quite upset that we had not gotten any kind of notification about service interruption – everything feels early 2000’s around here, I wonder if they’ll ever modernize… hell just create a twitter or rss feed
