i would like a option so that you can tell comodo to auto-sandbox unknown from internet etc and still ask for unknown program that exist on this pc

Alternative idea, same as corrent but with How to handle unknown files that (require admin privileges) added

The amount of text could be overwhelming for some user and make them confused,

so you could decide to add:

Unknown that arrives from Internet…
and
Unknown that exist on this PC

into it sepret tabs under the sandbox.

Btw feel free to leave input if you have any opinion on this good/bad :-TU
