In other desktop security suites, there are options to configure and get notifications by email, with informations about infected items discovered, database out of date, deactivated modules etc …
2. What you wanted to happen or see:
It would be very useful to be able to configure based on different triggers and receive such alert emails and why not reports after automatic scans or actions from CIS
3. Why you think it is desirable:
This way, we are informed in real time and in details when a threat or a problem is happening on the machine, without waiting clients/friends/family to report it to IT people, and have an history of events in our emails.
4. Any other information:
I think it’s a mandatory option as it makes security more tight because we can act to solve the problem sooner and more efficiently.
