1. What actually happened or you saw:
If you do not want allow a certificate to be used from the Trusted Vendors list you must remove it entirely.
2. What you wanted to happen or see:
A checkbox option added (next to Add, Remove options) within the Trusted Vendor list to be able to disable/enable selected certificates without having to remove them completely.
3. Why you think it is desirable:
Users not wanting to use a certificate in the Trusted Vendors list may not want to remove it completely i.e. for testing purposes and may want it back in the future.
4. Any other information:
This is actually implemented now starting with v12. Simply select each vendor from the list and change vendor rating to either unrecognized or malicious. Comodo Help
My request is to do this in bulk.
There are too many in the list to do them one by one if you want to disable a large selection.
Please remove from Added/Rejected.
You can do so in bulk, you either click the the check box at the very top above the vendor list which selects all vendors, then hold the Ctrl key to individual de-select ones you do not want to change. Or you can hold the shift key and select multiple vendors at a time.
