Starting in CIS version 6 and above versions, Comodo Antivirus does not scan files from vendors present in Trusted Vendors List.
2. What you wanted to happen or see:
I want to have a “Scan applications from Trusted Vendors” (Default=Disabled) checkbox in Antivirus Realtime scanning settings.
3. Why you think it is desirable:
This may be helpful for CIS to handle the so called “whitelisted malware”, some of them are detected by CAV and if a person does not want to disable TVL but want to avoid the risk of whitelisted malware, then the person should just enable the “Scan applications from Trusted Vendors” checkbox in Antivirus Realtime scanning settings.
