hello!

I have a strange problem with Comodo Personal Firewall (last version: 12.1.0.6914) , when I am in my pc through remote desktop (windows) , Opera refuse open and this lock leaves an event in the “event log of Windows” with a error with guard64.dll (\Device\HarddiskVolume13\Windows\System32\guard64.dll). I have disable HIPS and the problem continues

Is the event you see in the Event Logs on your pc (not the remote pc from which you connect to your pc)?

Can you post the full message you see in Even Viewer? Can you confirm it happens at the same time when you start Opera?
