Opening Tickets via email

Hello colleagues,

I have setup the default System Email account, and am able to update tickets by emailing the same address. But, when I try to open a new ticket via email, nothing happens. Can anyone tell me if I’m missing something?

Email - Users can create tickets by sending an email to the default ‘System Email’ for the help desk.

If you goto the COMODO One forum you will be able to get some very specific help for your question.

On that forum, if it cannot be solved easily then the support team normally contact you via e-mail to help resolve any issue directly with you.
