Open browser in sandbox using the shorcut "safe://"?

Before I field a bug report can anyone please confirm this issue:
Open Mozilla Firefox 31/IE 10 with latest update and type "Safe://"in address bar and see if a new windows with browser in sandbox is open.
As additional info’s: I use W7x64Sp1 fully patched.

Hi RealNature,
You can run the ‘Protocol Handler’ from the ‘Windows Run Box’. Windows key+R

Depending on the browser, add the protocol to the address bar then hold Ctrl + Enter.
