Notice regarding upgrade to ASG version 2.0 - Update 08:52 EDT

Hi,

We have rolled back to ASG version 1.12 and can confirm that mail-flow has resumed normal operation.

We are working on expunging yesterday’s undelivered email from the ASG 2.0 architecture and redelivering it to he intended recipients.

Once again, please accept our apologies for this snafu.

Kind regards,
Michel
ASG Product Manager

Will we need to change our MX records to point to the old severs?

Can we confirm that all undelivered email has been resent? I have a user that had a big deal going through and he was expecting 5 very important emails that he has yet to receive. We’re going through the log files now but I was hoping we could get an update.

We’ve confirmed that multiple messages that were sent did not arrive at our Exchange server.

Messages appear to be in the incoming Comodo logs, but our Exchange server did not receive them.

Please help.

We are having the same issue as jcoffer. We have several messages shown in the log as accepted but never received by Exchange. I was finally able to get to email working, but only new messages are received. Are the others stuck in the ether somewhere?

We got a message from Comodo, last friday, with a CSV file containing all the messages that were “lost”. It contained the from address of those messages. I imported it into a spreadsheet, sorted them, and forwarded a list to each mailbox. Fortunately for me, my client doesn’t have that many users.
If Comodo desires, I have a test ASG account that I process with a test Exchange server and I could do some testing before the next shoe drops. No important email is processed with those accounts. 8)
