Not getting password reset email

It could be a bug but I am not receiving my password reset email.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion! I checked spam folder nothing there? In addition I must have hit the password reset email several times so in truth there should have been several password resets in there but alas there were none. Any other ideas?

Could you provide us the correct Forum account name & registered mail ID to which you want to reset the password.
FYI: The team has said that the “No account matches”.

Nevermind, I got the email address change link to reset that so I assume that means all is well, no need to reset password as of now, will try again in the future. However I would hope this issue is still being investigated as other Comodo Forum users may have similar issues
