Norton antivirus 2007 worm protection and CPF?

I assume the internet worm protection in Norton antivirus 2007 is redundant as it was with Zonealarm. If I turn it off, then the Norton protection center says I have no inbound firewall. How do I get Norton to see CPF?
Thanks,
BGC

Hello BGC, welcome to the forums!

I believe this is a Norton problem, not Comodo. Windows Security Center recognizes Comodo Firewall Pro 2.4.

I’m sure that’s the case. Am I correct that the worm protection is duplicating functions that Comodo already performs?

Worm protection? Comodo Firewall Pro is a firewall. The only malware it really stops, is the kind that tries to hijack your browser or other programs. To be protected from worms or other malware you need your antivirus (Norton in your case), and perhaps something else too (like antispyware or whatever Norton doesn’t catch), depending on your habits and knowledge.
